Return and refund policy
At Dripzy, each order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. We aim to deliver only the best, but since many products are custom-made or sourced from various suppliers, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our brand from misuse.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
You raise a request within 3 days of delivery by emailing aditya@drip-zy.com
with your order ID and clear product photos.
To qualify:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “didn’t like the product,” or “wrong size” are not accepted.
Non-returnable items:
Personal-care, skincare, or facial products (for hygiene and safety).
Electronic gadgets and accessories, unless defective.
Customized, print-on-demand, or sale/clearance items.
🛡️ In case of defective or wrong products, Dripzy may, at its discretion, consider return requests made beyond 3 days — subject to valid proof and inspection.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
A replacement will be sent if stock is available.
If not, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 business days of approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
Shipping, COD, and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
4. Important Notes
Please check product details, color, and size carefully before ordering.
Minor variations in color or texture, especially for handmade or imported items, are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet policy terms or show signs of misuse.
